Bizzabo Certified as a Most Loved Workplace®
Bizzabo has achieved certification as a Most Loved Workplace® following rigorous research and analysis conducted by the Best Practice Institute (BPI). This certification underscores Bizzabo’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture centered on the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as a certified Most Loved Workplace,” said Eran Ben-Shushan, cofounder and CEO of Bizzabo. “At Bizzabo, our team is at the heart of everything we do, and this certification is a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a workplace culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.”
Bizzabo received its Most Loved Workplace certification thanks to its unwavering dedication to prioritizing the happiness and fulfillment of its employees. Our commitment to placing love for our employees at the heart of our business model is evident in our culture of support, collaboration, and respect, which resonates deeply with our team members.
Most Loved Workplaces certification is awarded to companies whose employees experience the highest satisfaction and happiness in their work environment. Bizzabo earned this distinction based on its exceptional scores on the Love of Workplace Index™, which measures various factors contributing to employee satisfaction, including respect, collaboration, support, and a sense of belonging within the company.
“I started Most Loved Workplaces out of inspiration from my community of people who consciously place love for their employees at the center of their business model,” said Louis Carter, the founder and CEO of BPI and a social/organizational psychologist, thought leader, entrepreneur, and author.
Carter’s book, In Great Company: How to Spark Peak Performance by Creating an Emotionally Connected Workplace, identifies the areas needed to become a highly respected, reputable organization where people love to work with each other – a Most Loved Workplace.
Drawing on BPI’s original research, which established the criteria for Most Loved Workplaces, the certification process involves surveying more than 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. The findings demonstrate a direct correlation between employee sentiment and productivity, with overwhelming evidence indicating that employees are more engaged and productive in workplaces where they feel valued and supported.
Bizzabo is deeply committed to promoting equity and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where every voice is valued. Central to our culture is prioritizing employee well-being, evident in initiatives such as comprehensive insurance coverage with zero out-of-pocket costs, quarterly mental health days, generous paid time off, and company-wide “BizzaBreaks” on the first Friday of every quarter to promote holistic health and rejuvenation among our team.
