Attendees could engage with each other in-person and chat with Bizzabo’s mobile app. I heard some people talk about how they used the app to set up meetings with each other or see who was in the same session with them.
Connection was the major theme at INBOUND this year. That’s why we were super excited to hear about Bizzabo’s wearable tech, which allowed attendees and exhibitors to seamlessly share contact information and connect by simply tapping their badges together.
The mobile app really enhanced the onsite experience, because everything was so clear for attendees — from where sessions were and what time they started to planning networking opportunities months in advance around the agenda. It’s important for people to come onsite feeling comfortable about which sessions they’ll attend and where they can prioritize networking.
