And they just kept building — iterating, pivoting, listening to their customers to figure out how to make event magic. Soon Bizzabo powered 100 conferences a week, and showed no signs of stopping.
But in March 2020, just about everything stopped — except our drive to bring people together. So we designed a brand new product that paired our in-person conference tools with a new virtual event management platform.
Attendance skyrocketed 500%. Revenue doubled. More funding followed. And more importantly, we had a new vision for the future — a future of hybrid events. And that’s what drives us today.
